Generally offsite work has a fixed number of working hours while those working onsite have to work for longer durations. Offsite work is highly demanding while on site work is also strenuous. You have to work under all weather condition. For protection against bad weather, technicians have to wear protective gear like gloves, hats, overcoats, etc.
