Permian Resources New Mexico Delaware is looking for an experienced and

motivated individual to fill the position of Flowback Specialist based in Carlsbad,

NM.

The successful candidate

for this position will be responsible for all facets of flowback operations.

Non-scheduled call-outs outside normal business hours can be expected. Types of

well flowback include flowing, beam pump, jet pump, and ESP. Types of

facilities or equipment include permanent and temporary production tank

batteries, flowlines, LACTs, water injection plants, natural gas compression,

pressurized vessels, and metering devices. Job is to be performed employing

safe work practices while utilizing acceptable environmental procedures to

maximize earnings while minimizing costs on associated well sites. This

position manages the logistic planning, maintenance and staging of flowback

equipment, surveillance of flowback and general field operations and the daily

reporting of flowback operations and cost through various databases.

Essential

Job Duties:

Maintain

as our highest priority the protection of the environment and the health and

safety of our employees, contractors, and the communities in which we operate

and/or transport our products.

Ensure

that Process Safety and Risk Management principles and guidelines are

incorporated into the flowback operations.

Monitor

specific criteria, contractors, and equipment to ensure acceptable performance

to meet production targets and cost parameters.

Promote

consistency of operation, application of policies/procedures, and

accountability across all functional groups.

Control

and accurately outlook both variable and fixed costs, equipment availability

and labor needs.

Supervise

all contract labor for flowback operations.

Daily

direct communication with all groups to align efforts to reduce time to market.

Develop

long term solutions to issues through data trends, engineering and cost

analysis.

Manage, help design,

and install new processes and equipment as required to meet the long term

vision.

Qualifications

Valid

Driver’s License with a good driving record

High

proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and

Outlook)

General

mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

Ability to

read, write and speak in English

Ability to

keep neat and accurate records

Ability to

work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct

supervision

Ability to

work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts or calls on a non-routine basis

Technical

skills related to math and analytical processes

Multi-task

orientation with skills related to work prioritization

Excellent

understanding of production operations

Understanding

of the importance of environmental and safe work practices

High School

diploma or GED preferred

Some

college or technical training a plus

5 years

oil and gas industry experience preferred

Physical

requirements – Must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs. Walking,

bending, stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective

equipment.
