JOB DESCRIPTION The Global Service Delivery Manager u2013 Wireline is responsible for using technical skills to manage the Productline and Geozone implementation of GPL technical processes and documentation in order to provide the necessary environment for the prevention of service disruption through the application of preventative and reactive process control measures. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provision of guidance and education for region locations to implement GPL competency protocol Oversee the execution of employee assignment within the region locations to jobs that match the competency roles Periodic assessment of the jobs in WPTS within the region locations to ensure competence requirements are met for employees assigned Education/awareness to region locations of the WCAP Dashboard associated with the GPL and its progression Execution of GPL initiatives, metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in competency progression within the Geozones. Implementation ownership of the Service Delivery Program developed by the Global Product Line Education/awareness on the expectations of the Service Delivery Programs developed by the GPL to the locations within the Geozones. Education/awareness to locations of the Service Delivery Dashboard associated with the GPL and its progression Execution of GPL initiatives, metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in Service Delivery and QHSSE progression within the Geozones. Implementation of the Operational Control Plan and associated processes developed by the GPL within the Geozone locations Ownership of the completion of location SQPu2019s when applicable within the region locations for client/GPL/regulatory requirements Education/awareness and implementation of GPL governing documentation and associated checklist/process flow maps for locations within the Geozones. Ensure GPL approved document repositories & WISE are used by all locations Assist product lines within the region locations with document management and control Assure all region/location required documentation is sent to GPL TWIC / WISE for review/approval and assigned document control numbers Implementation of GPL protocols and associated tools within the region locations Assist the GPL with generation of TRAu2019s for critical tasks for PLu2019s when required Assist the GPL with hazard identification techniques for documentation when required Manage the Critical Risk inventory and aspects of the Foundation Program for full implementation. Periodic visits to Weatherford PL facilities and field locations, including offshore where possible, to ensure implementation of GPL requirements Periodic visits to clients when required/requested to ensure SME knowledge is present Alignment and communication to GPL on regional QHSSE regulatory documentation requirements Chair and coordinate quarterly Business Reviews between the GPL and Geozones. Manage the WISE Managers & system for swift support of field issues. Implementation ownership within the region of Technical Systems/Client Audits Development of audit plans in conjunction with GPL for Geozone locations Lead and/or participate in technical systems/client audits within Geozone locations Provide guidance and support for audit framework and protocol Assure appropriate actions items are assigned and closed within an agreed upon time frame Implementation ownership of Weatherfordu2019s incident management process When required by GPL, lead high profile / severe loss investigations Review and support for high impact PC1/PC2 incidents Ensure proper CPAR classification Ensure proper investigation team is assigned with SME from PL Ensure proper action item assignment and swift closure as per corporate timelines. Ensure GPL and GZ PLM management reviews are performed for geozone incidents Chair and coordinate high severity PC1/PC2 incident reviews with the GPL and Segment leadership. Provide GPL with trending analysis on incidents and lessons learned. QUALIFICATIONS Technical degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Applications 10 years mixture of field and operational oilfield services management experience Possess strong interpersonal skills Possess process discipline Ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines Initiative and the ability to begin and see projects through to completion Communicate effectively with all levels of employees Work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and organization skills Ability to multi-task Preferred: Honors degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Applications Accredited HSE Qualifications Accredited Quality Qualifications Oilfield Industry Experience preferred Accredited auditing certification of equivalent ISO or similar certifying body management system POSITION SPECIFIC DETAILS Weatherford offers competitive compensation and benefits upon hire; including paid vacation to start, matching 401K program, comprehensive benefits program, and employee stock purchase program (ESPP) and opportunities for on-going training and career development.
