Role Summary: Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a Field Specialist (Conventional Fishing\/Thru Tubing & Motors) to work across US Land sites well sites. Essential Responsibilities: Continues to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and\/or risk in Downhole Tools and\/or other product groups Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job Uses experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality May conduct on-the-job training for some Wellbore Intervention applications as required Handles special projects as assigned Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Core Values Qualifications\/Requirements: 4 years of experience running Downhole tools; including lateral plug drill outs, clean outs, milling seats, and\/or Conventional Fishing experience as a Field Specialist. Willingness to cross train in other product line specialties Ability to travel to sites across the United States Strong problem solving skills Basic Microsoft Office knowledge High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work well and communicate well with others Ability to be on 24 hour call on a 21\/7 schedule Basic knowledge of hydraulics and nitrogen calculations Committed to HS&E and Road Journey Management Desired Characteristics: 2 year Technical Degree Ability to run downhole motors on a conventional workover rig
