The senior automation tech is a technical position under the direction and training of the automation foreman. The senior automation tech is responsible for system integration, operation, and maintenance of all areas of automation systems and performs other related duties. The senior automation tech uses extensive knowledge of DC Electronics with a basic knowledge of AC electrical systems associated with oil and gas production facilities.
\u2022 Services and troubleshoots control systems and other electronic equipment in the field to ensure accurate production data\u2022 Installs and maintains new automation equipment\u2022 Calibrates and adjusts control devices\u2022 Configures electronic equipment\u2022 Proper use of measurement instruments such as Volt/Ohm meters, frequency generators and SCADA test equipment\u2022 Maintain and use safety equipment as required\u2022 Report any safety violations to immediate supervisor\u2022 Safeguard all company assets\u2022 Read and be familiar with State Environmental Compliance Regulations\u2022 Attend and participate in all safety meetings

TULSA, Okla. (March 21, 2014) – Volunteers from Apache Corporation's Tulsa office and representatives from Up with Trees will gather at the entrance ramp at South Cincinnati Avenue and the Broken Arrow Expressway Saturday to plant about 100 pine trees donated by Apache's Tree Grant Program.
