Description:\r\r\rPrimary Duties & Responsibilities \rSupport the product line continuous improvement and customer issue resolution processes \rManage product line transmittals to customers \rManage equipment design and quality documents utilizing company standard document control processes \rSupport regular reporting \rConsolidate and publish regular product line updates \rDevelop and maintain positive customer experience initiatives for the product line \rCoordinate and maintain the GC COE sharepoint with Knowledge Management team \rCoordinate training \r\r\r\r\rKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities \rMinimum Requirements: \r\r\rIs responsive to internal/external customer needs providing timely, accurate and high quality interactions \rMakes decisions related to own work; uses discretion to determine the appropriate alternatives \rIs skilled in more than one process or has developed deep expertise in a single process area \rProvides solutions to a broader range of problems by using existing precedents or procedures \rMS Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint skills \r\r\r\rEducation & Work Experience Required \rMinimum Requirements: \r\r\rDocument management experience in Oil and Gas \r- Workflow creation and management in Visio \rPrevious customer service experience \rSharepoint maintenance experience \r4-6 years related experience \r\r\rPreferred: \r\r\rAssociate's degree preferred \rContinuous improvement using Lean Production or Six Sigma methodologies \r7 years related experience in Document Controls specific to Oil and Gas Industry\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rEEO EmployerApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
