Role Summary:

The Technical and Functional Learning Manager has overall
responsibility identifying all synergy opportunities across Learning and
Development in BHGE. The leader oversees learning leaders in the company and is
responsible for the relationship with the Product Companies and/or SHRMs, the
regional SHRMs, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders, as well as the
connection with the Global Learning Community.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

Owns the design
and implementation of the Synergies across functions and ProdCo in Learning for
the BHGEUnderstands and
enables competency models in Training and Development.Develops and
leads an innovative learning strategy solution for the region, integrated with
the overall Talent Strategy, to build capabilities across the regionOrchestrates
the LD COEs horizontally to ensure the right solution is executed timely to
meet their business' learning

Qualifications/Requirements:



Bachelor's
Degree (preferably in OD, Education, HR) with a minimum 7 years in a leadership
role in a complex organizationExperience
leading and/or involvement in large-scale solutions oriented initiatives.
Proven ability to implement business change across multiple locationsStrong
background in adult learning, building learning experiences, learning metrics
and understanding of learning delivery technologyPrior track
record of building, leading & developing a high- performing team
through engaged and passionate leadership. Able to energize, empower and
inspire employees to achieve their full potentialStrong
interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate and influence
across all levels of the organizational matrixExceptional
communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate
messages to a variety of audiences. English fluency requiredAbility to
perform in a high-pressure environment, balancing and executing on multiple
prioritiesPrior
experience with budget managementStrategic
thinker; proven ability to anticipate, and resolve complicated issues
