Role Summary:

The Faculty Excellence Manager is responsible for setting
strategy, developing and operationalizing a global process to ensure excellence
from both internal and external world-class faculty in the deployment of
learning offerings representing the BHGE Leadership Brand.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and
support the planning and strategy for a global LD Faculty Excellence Management
Partner with
Technical and Functional Leaders to define our BHGE philosophy and requirements
for both internal and external faculty Lead
partnership with Design & Curriculum Management and Instructional Design to
develop the course faculty profile(s), Certification & Master Trainer
criteria & process to ensure that faculty delivery meets or exceeds the requirements
of the BHGE Brand
 Collaborate with CoE Learning Technology
Leader and the global Learning Leaders to build a system / database and
infrastructure to drive both delivery excellence and maintenance of LD faculty
(e.g., profile, selection, certification, development, retention, reward) Partner with
global colleagues to identify, maintain, and enhance a global faculty network Lead
the development and implementation of a faculty continuing education process
Develop process
and tools for standard development of SME’s as facilitators
Provide a
regular reporting rhythm using dashboards to convey key metrics from evaluation
analytics and reporting Partner with
Evaluation/Instruction System Design (ISD) team, Design & Curriculum
Management team, Regional/Functional/Business teaching colleagues to determine
criteria for faculty performance data and work with internal teams and vendors
on process for continuous improvement In
collaboration with Vendor/Sourcing Manager ensure faculty T&Cs, master
contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs) are relevant to the region and program
as well as consistently applied
Assist in the
development of a learning function talent pipeline by attracting, developing
and retaining the highest quality learning professionals Conduct
internal & external benchmarking on learning delivery best practices



Degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in a key management role in a
complex organization
Minimum 5 years
of experience Learning and Development delivery and/or contract management Location

Degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organization
Development, Education, Human Resources or Business Management
presence, program knowledge and communication skills to work with business
leaders, and a broad range of training administration and global delivery
 Proven ability in service orientation
and delivery excellence; demonstrates a strong passion and mindset for Client

  • Highly creative problem
    solving skills, coupled with exceptional process and project management and
    execution skills
Able to handle
    multiple priorities; initiate, lead and manage change Proven ability
    to work in a multi-cultural/global environment
    demonstrated writing, facilitation, and verbal communication skills; ability to
    articulate complex ideas in an easy to understand manner to all levels of the
    leadership and teamwork skills; able to lead virtually
    influencing skills in a challenging, matrixed environment and at executive levels

  • Computer proficiency in Word,
    Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    experience in providing actionable feedback
Master’s Degree
    in a related field (MBA, LD, Learning/Education, HR, Organization Development)
Minimum 5 years
    of operational experience in LD, HR, or a closely related discipline
