Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative answers inbound sales calls directly from propective and/or existing customers; Responds to customer questions, identifies upselling opportunities and takes orders; Builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions; Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.
Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact.
Cultivate and develop new accounts within designated market area.
Meet or exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Seek to better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements and expectations in order to provide best possible solution.
Identify & Act on all commercial opportunities in product sales, rental and service by accurately analyzing and determining customer needs, generating quotations and converting proposals into sales orders.
Certified to manage the full scope and sales cycle of certain-sized Line of Business orders in Sales, Rental or Service.
Support all regional commercial strategies by coordinating larger or more complex service projects with Key Account Management and Technical Services Team.
Collaborate with Sales Coordinators, Order Fulfillment and Customer Service to ensure all customer expectations are met.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers (internally and externally).
Establish, maintain and enhance customer relationships, maintaining accurate contact records.
Ensure all HSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement.
To represent Hydratight in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. To follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times.
Required Capabilities (describe scope of knowledge and ability of the position):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent B2B sales experience in equipment sales & rental or field service industry.
Knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas, Machining or Power Generation indistries is preferred.
Demonstrated sales ability with proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding goals.
Exceptional phone skills; Able to effectively communicate complex information both verbal and written formats.
Must be results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Oracle experience is preferred.
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills; Negotiation skills are preferred.
To always ensure that their behaviors, acts or omissions do not present a danger to themselves, anyone else, the environment or the safe operation of any plant or equipment.
To intervene and report any defect in equipment or practice or any dangerous circumstance or event which could affect HSSEQ performance.
To comply with all HSSEQ requirements imposed by clients on their sites.
To actively propose and implement improvements to HSSEQ systems.
To cooperate with the company in achieving HSSEQ objectives.
To participate fully in Continuous Improvement (LEAD ) activities where necessary & when required
To actively participate in the organizations behavioral observation program.
