Turnaround Material and Logistics Lead
The Material and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, storage, controls, and distribution of materials and products. Provide inventory controls and management for TAR. Accountable for all TAR owned materials and equipment.

Is this a part time position?:
Responsible for completing all activities detailed in the Turnaround Common Process (TCP) that the TAR Material and Logistics Coordinator is held Responsible/Accountable and to which the TAR Material and Logistics Coordinator is a Contributor (per the TCP/NaviTrack RACI matrix).
Accountable for ALL TAR owned equipment (air pigs, racks, skids, headsets, radiosâ€¦etc). This includes inventory, storage, issuance to the turnarounds.
Responsible for ROSER Material Ordering Process.
Accountable for the Material and Logistics plans for every TAR.
Accountable for working with TAR execution to develop laydown areas both on and off unit.
Accountable to create procedures for effective materials receipt, storage, and issuance before and during execution of the event
Accountable to set up management systems for controlling flow of materials into and out of storage areas.
Responsible for representing TAR on the refinery logistics team.
Accountable for all off-unit logistics, Housing, Bussing, Parking, Transport routes...etc.
Responsible to work with procurement, both TAR and Capital, to ensure complete list of materials for event.
Accountable to supervise and establish procedures for receiving/issuance of materials pre-event and during event
Responsible for developing and implementing effective warehouse/laydown controls measures and metrics
Responsible for providing fair and constructive feedback on materials handling process
Responsible for working with procurement Post-TAR to inventory and return left over material.
Required High school diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred Bachelor of Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or Engineering Technology

Essential experience and job requirements:
Required: 7 or more years of Materials/Logistics/Planning experience and demonstrated advancement capability in refining, petrochemical, or utility plant
Preferred: 4 or more years of Materials/Logistics/Planning experience and demonstrated advancement capability in refining, petrochemical, or utility plant w/ Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
