The EHS Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s routine business application systems and reporting environments while working with key users to improve business processes. The EHS Analyst also provides technical expertise, direction and training for team members as well as business users.This position is not eligible for International Relocation Program benefits. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA)\tResponsible for designing and implementing templates in SAP EHS Module\tLead team to deliver the necessary EHS requirements\tProvide support for SAP EHS module to business users\tWork with internal and external partners to understand requests, gather requirements, perform ROI and risk analysis\tDesign and build SAP EHS solutions.\tPerform maintenance and support of SAP EHS, WWI, EHSM, SERC with OCC/ Expert Rule servers and other custom developments\tEnsure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs and meet business needs\tCreate test scripts and drive integration and regression testing\tSuccessfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time and within budget while exceeding expectations\tEnsure, where possible, that global solutions are scalable\tSeek opportunities to develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, application functionality and configuration\tRecommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives and business process improvement to better serve business needs\tMake recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application\tFamiliar and skilled with EPA, OSHA,REACH and other regulations.\tExperience on SAP writing functional specifications using SAP standard and custom tables, user exits, business add-ins (BADI#s), BAPI ALE, and IDOC or other EDI related settings.Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time are the supervisor’s sole and complete discretion.EXPERIENCE:A minimum of eight years of direct job related experience is required. Implementation experience is required; GLM experience; Familiarity with WWI configuration - hands on experience with WWI templates; EH&S reporting re: hazardous reporting, dangerous substance; SER, OCC - Storing the SES offerings; Experience with expert rules servers - how to build them - perform maintenance on the storage of modules, SDS Authority, and Hazmat. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:SAP IS-OIL and Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred (Midstream/Pipeline & Downstream/Refining areas). Experience with Ariba and Fieldglass is also preferred.EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, and Finance or related field is required.REQUIRED SKILLS:Highly versatile with advanced team skills.
