Position can reside in Tulsa or Austin.
Leads medium to large software development efforts, including creation of technical requirements and design specifications, development, testing, and deployment of software to achieve the desired business outcome.
Develop software solutions that adhere to company coding standards and best practices, are scalable to meet the business need, reliable in the production environment, and maintainable by other developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by working with the application/infrastructure team and the vendor.
Responsible for administering and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) system.
Responsible for creating solutions, options and level of effort for new CRM initiatives.
Develop new web resources, business rules, workflows, reports, advanced finds, entities, and other CRM activities.
May need to assist with maintenance and updates to existing .Net applications.
May need to assist with new or existing data integration initiatives that uses SQL Server 2014 and Simego (Data migration and integration tool).
Successfully interpret business requirements and work as a consultant to the business.
Effectively manage workload and time between user requests and project work based on organizational priorities.
Demonstrated leadership abilities when working with the business leaders and work as a liaison between the information technology and the business teams.
Contribute and promote ideas on new technology and processes to ensure that the team is productive.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
Bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Five years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required.
Five years of IT experience with at least two years of experience in Microsoft .Net technologies is required.
Experience in Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
Demonstrated work experience in system integration, implementations, source control, and production support.
Mastery of software development lifecycle methodology (Waterfall and Agile) and project management concepts.
Development expertise using CRM API and services and writing CRM plugins required.
Previous experience with writing SSRS Reports for CRM is required
Two years of writing Web resources and other customization codes for CRM is required
Experience in working with Oracle PL/SQL is preferred
Previous experience with writing interfaces between CRM and other systems is preferred
Previous experience with Scribe, Simego or other data integration and migration tools for CRM is preferred.
Experience in organizing information and making presentations to the information technology and business teams.
