The Human Resources Supervisor will report directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager in the corporate office. The Human Resources Supervisor oversees and manages the HR function at the corporate level and is responsible for policies updates workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding of corporate positions, handling employee relations issues and providing HR Business Partner support to other functional groups. Manage the planning, coordination and implementation of Human Resource programs and activities. \u2022 Demonstrate working knowledge of training, human resource technology, and employee relations. \u2022 Demonstrate human resources technical expertise in the application of state and federal employment law, wage and hour law, recruiting, benefits and compensation, and termination of employment. \u2022 Provide direction and support to management team in developing associates through training, coaching, performance management and appropriate placement to maintain a high caliber work force and a qualified pool of promotable candidates. \u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nabors Corporate Policies and assist employees with related policies and procedures requests. \u2022 Manage HR SharePoint Site. Including participating in the design, development and updating of policies and procedures. \u2022 Respond to HR related questions from managers and employees\u2022 Assist in the recruitment process by ensuring jobs opening are properly posted in the applicant tracking system. \u2022 Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, increase productivity and retention. \u2022 Coach and counsel employees to resolve employee relations and work issues.\u2022 Provide advice and counsel to all levels of management regarding Human Resource practices, policies, and employment laws in order to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. \u2022 Performs necessary investigations into employee relations issues as necessary, and provides reports of findings and makes recommendations for corrective action to Senior Manager of HR. Fully documents result of investigations. \u2022 Conduct exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. \u2022 Monitors and approves status changes through Portal for transferred, promoted, demoted, hired, rehired and terminated.\u2022 Maintain up to date job descriptions.\u2022 Manage yearly performance management process. \u2022 Knowledge of U.S. Labor Laws and EEOC practices. (i.e. FMLA, USERRA). \u2022 Manage the company unemployment claims. \u2022 Manage service award and relocation programs. \u2022 Recommend ideas for HR process improvements. \u2022 Ability to make presentations. \u2022 Manage the Share Service Center. \u2022 Assist with new hire orientations. \u2022 Supervise Pre-employment process. \u2022 Assist with projects as needed. Qualifications QALIFICATIONS: \u2022 Must be proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and skilled in a windows based HRIS. \u2022 Must be extremely organized and have the ability to establish and adhere to priorities \u2022 Work independently, multi-task, and proceed with objectives\/projects with little or no supervision \u2022 Must be able to coach employees and management through complex, difficult and human capital issues. \u2022 Self-starter with strong desire to accomplish assignments in an accurate and timely manner \u2022 Must possess the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality \u2022 Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive subject matter and difficult conversations.\u2022 Able to utilize basic analytical skills \u2022 Must have desire to assist the company in change management.
