Apply today! \r\rBenefits this Company Offers: \r\rStandard medical, dental, and vision insurance \rGrowth and advancement opportunities \rExcellent pay and overtime available \rPay Rate: $13-19 per hour, depending on experience \r\rJob Details for Oil and Gas Bulk Plant Operator: \rThe Bulk Plant Operator operates the district bulk plant facilities so that the prepared products and bulk materials can be delivered to well sites, while maintaining excellent quality control and in accordance with company policies and procedures. He/She assists in training other operators and trainees. Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards and observes all health, safety and environmental policies to reduce environmental impacts. \r\rEssential Responsibilities and Duties: \r\rBlend and mix all bulk products for delivery to the well site on time and as per the programmed design. \rCheck and/or calculates quantities of material blends required prior to loading. \rFollow company quality assurance procedures to insure proper loading. \rSelect company service equipment as needed to load a job. \rCoordinate the bulk products movement to and from the district with the FSMs and Logistics. \rAssist in the monthly inventory count and ensure all paper work is completed properly on a daily basis for goods received and goods shipped. \rEnsure all additives are properly labeled and stored in a safe manner and that all empty drums and pails are disposed of in the proper manner. \rPerform a daily check of bulk plant equipment and maintain all equipment while also ensuring bulk plant is kept clean. \rStrive for service quality and SQM implementation. \rParticipate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the district. \rWear PPE at all times and observe health, safety and environmental policies. \rSuccessfully complete required safety training (including but not limited to forklift, drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving).
Requirements for Oil and Gas Bulk Plant Operator: \r\rExperience working in Inventory and shipping/receiving \rSolid knowledge of QHSE procedures \rAbility to work a rotational schedule, and around the clock as needed \rHigh School Diploma or GED\rApplicants may be subject to a background check* and drug screening. \rApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report. \r\r*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
