OfficeTeam is currently seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist in the Sulpher, LA area for a long-term temporary opportunity! The ideal Document Control Specialist will have at least 3-5 years of oil gas documentation experience, superior organizational skills, and will be able to work well independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and fast-paced company! How You Will Make An Impact: - Handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent, and thorough manner - Assist in establishing document work flow procedures - Set up and maintain electronic - Manage all documents, drawings, and specifications on projects - Maintain flow of project files, submittals, receivables, master, and superseded documents - Manage network permissions and active directory - Control distribution of project related documents - Respond to internal and external document inquiries - Scan/print documents as needed - Other duties as needed If you are an experienced and dedicated Document Control Specialist who is interested in this contract assignment, please email your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]


Job Requirements

- 3-5 years of Oil Gas document control experience - Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of SharePoint- Admin/Developer skills preferred - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred - Capital Project experience preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Superior organizational skills - Strong ability to meet deadlines
