The Director of Risk Management and Quality Improvement plans, organizes and directs all risk and quality improvement activities in accordance with local, state and federal and other regulatory agency requirements. The Director of Risk Management and Quality Improvement functions in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood Behavioral Health System.

Graduate of an accredited nursing or master's degree level clinical services program preferred
Five years clinical experience in mental health setting and three years experience in a clinical supervisory role preferred.
RN, LCSW, LPC or LMFT preferred
Must possess knowledge of general and psychiatric clinical programming, working concepts and theory, leadership skills, age specific growth and development, therapeutic relationships and processes, limit setting, crisis and behavior management. Current knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines.
