Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for all incoming and outgoing communications

· Arranges host and lunch sponsors for every monthly meeting

· Contacts hosts, sponsors, and speakers prior to each monthly meeting and create Power Point slides

· Distribute and file all grant applications and provide details monthly to Selection Committee Chair

· Provide details to marketing firm including meeting notices and pertinent newsletter information

· Assist with monthly meetings by arranging greeters and scheduling and tracking meeting attendance

· Maintain corporate membership data and assist the committee chair with tracking expirations and contact information of key contacts

· Assist the President and Chairman of the Board with various functions as needed

· Monitor the OHH website and all social media outlets to ensure inquiries are answered in a timely fashion

· Arrange volunteer staffing for small events

· Maintain officer contact information for every chapter

· Review data collection methods and assist in creating ways to collect data, identify repeat supporters and donors, and identify high level executives to call on

· Schedule meetings with potential donors

· Monitor board members terms to ensure timely voting

Knowledge/ Requirements

· 1-3 years of prior office administration experience

· Oil and Gas Industry experience is strongly preferred

· Attendance to monthly meetings and local events is required

Job Skills

· Effective problem solving skills to resolve routine member questions

· Professional, service-oriented demeanor with pleasant, business-appropriate phone manners

· Ability to follow instructions, including a strong adherence to making and meeting deadlines

· Verbal communication skills to communicate ideas and thoughts in a clear, professional manner

· Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

· Must be a self-starter and work independently

· MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point proficiency

OHH’s mission is to help ease the financial burden on oilfield families in times of crises.
