Job Summary
The HR Services Lead is responsible for and oversees the duties of the HR Representatives including but not limited to their accurate keying of data, providing appropriate issue resolution, answering general HR questions and inquiries in the areas of compliance, the use of the HR system and data management. Tracks issues and inquiries and ensures the team provides timely ticket resolution. Collects and analyzes data gathered from daily oversight in order to recommend and provide continuous process improvements, excellent customer service and better employee self-service capabilities as identified.
Job Duties
Supervise and give direction to Employees in area of HR processes and requirements:
 
Monitor HR processes and HR Help ticket resolutions on a quarterly basis to ensure they are within established service level agreements and report results to each area HR Manager
Provide direction on service delivery
Manage processes regarding data entry of new hires and ongoing data entry
Manage and administer Non-Employee/Contract worker process
Manage process of uploading documents to the Electronic Filing system
Manage organization of the HR File Room and HR records retention
Effectively identify and solve problem situations which are difficult or complex and escalate to the Field/Corp HR Generalists and Centers of Excellence Managers or to HR senior leadership as needed.   Cross train staff to ensure coverage at all times and to expand HR knowledge base in other areas.  Recommend ways to streamline processes and create a better end user experience.
Manage Relocation process
Gather HR metrics (i.e. hiring, turnover, promotions, etc.) and prepare reporting for HR and management as defined by HR Operations Manager
Manage annual Affirmative Action program as well as completing the EEO-1, VETS-100 and VETS-100A reporting
Manage Disaster Recovery Plan and HR Process Documentation
Manage HR Phone system (Zeacom)
Conduct audits on HR controls and Data Management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with an emphasis in Human Resources or Business preferred.
A minimum of five years Human Resources related experience plus 2 years of project or supervisory experience required.  Customer Service Center experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritize and organize effectively in a fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest degree of professional standards.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
