Job DescriptionThe purpose of the Sr. Account Manager is to sell the entire SNC Lavalin Upstream & Midstream Plants and equipment to current and prospective customers. The role is accountable for achieving sales goals for named accounts and within a defined geography, by growing share of existing customers through the sale of all product and service offerings and acquiring new customers by providing consultative solutions. The role is expected to provide a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment. The focus is on acquisition, penetration, and retention of customers.This position will be located in various locations nationwide.Responsibilities: Researches and qualifies prospective accounts, including identifying the economic buyers and key buying behaviors of organizationDevelops sales strategy and account plan to penetrate and grow accountsCoordinates internally on both proposal development and closing the sale, including necessary reporting to managementExecutes the sale, including proposal development, conducting presentations, negotiating pricing, and presenting the contract to close the saleTracks execution of order and ensure that customer is extremely satisfied by experienceResearches existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expanding product offerings and ensuring accounts are managed according to SNC-Lavalin business objectivesRequired Skills or Tools: REQUIRED: Mastery of turnkey Modular Plant Solutions as well as technical knowledge of individual production, processing and compression packages.Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry selling products and services with significant technical specificationsMastery of turnkey Modular Plant Solutions as well as technical knowledge of individual production, processing and compression packagesMS Office Suite proficiency with ability to develop client-ready presentations in PowerPoint and conduct basic database tasks in ExcelExperience using sales automation/CRM (Siebel, MS Dynamics, etc.) tools is preferredEducation/Experience:University degree10 years selling in a B2B environment, with a responsibility for self-generated leads and territory management10 years selling or working with multiple, integrated products and services\r
