\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGENERAL SUMMARY:\u003c/strong\u003e Under the direct supervision of the Consumer Lending Manager, the Solar Loan Processor is responsible for onboarding solar loans to the core servicing platform, assuring all data points of the loan record are entered correctly. The Solar Loan processor will engage in file maintenance and servicing on all solar products.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eReview funding request reports on a daily basis and retrieve applicable loan documentation from the virtual data warehouse.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReview all solar loan documentation, such as credit applications and property profile, for verification of accuracy and completeness prior to funding loan.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete all aspects of funding a loan in the core servicing system.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete wire transfer form, obtain appropriate signatures on the wire transfer forms via Docusign and send wire notifications to EPS and confirm receipt.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for securing solar loan by filing a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) with respective state and county jurisdictions via\u0026nbsp; CT Liens system; Track receipt of UCC filing notifications from CT Liens.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for solar loan file retention\u003c/li\u003e
